Triathlon and the three sports that make up a triathlon is our passion and there is nothing better than the sense of achievement when you cross the finish line! We believe that everyone is capable of completing a triathlon with a bit of training and we have designed a few programmes and training days/weekends to help you along with this.

We would love you to join us on one of the sessions or on one of our training programmes with a group of like-minded people and start your journey to becoming a triathlete! If you would like a completely bespoke training plan, please take a look at the online training section.

Couch to Tri

Start as a complete beginner and finish with a triathlon! This 10 week programme will give you access to the regular group sessions as well as some exclusive sessions about transitions, open water swimming and race day preparation. The group will have regular updates and a training plan to follow to get you ready for a triathlon.

We have a great deal with The Arctic One Foundation who have got a discounted rate for their triathlon on 25th May 2020 which is ideal as the plan finishes the week before!

To take part, you will need to be able to swim 4 lengths of the swimming pool.

Triathlon Training Days

Taking place at Chesham Moor Gym and Swim, this is an introduction to triathlon taking you through swim, bike and run sessions and preparing you for a triathlon. The training days are a mix of practical and theoretical sessions.
