We are currently running some Couch to 5km courses for beginners which are open to all. We are not currently running any regular sessions, although try to meet at a parkrun once a month.
Couch to 5km
If you want to start running or are coming back from an injury, this is the course for you. We will be working our way through the Couch to 5km programme as a group. You will benefit from the group support as everyone works together with the aim of being able to run 5km. There is an option to continue the sessions after the course has finished.
The courses run for 8 or 9 weeks on Thursday Mornings 9:30-10:30am and will include some stretching to finish. Don't worry, you won't be running for an hour!
