The group sessions are tailored to the individual participants, but we understand that these might not work for you so we can offer personal training and online training plans that are tailored towards your goals.
These plans are structured around your lifestyle and regular feedback ensures that you are always on track.
These plans are specifically aimed at triathletes, swimmers, runners and cyclists who would like a bespoke plan to help them achieve their goals. Having being involved in triathlon for over 15 years as an athlete, coach and official we have a huge wealth of experience to draw on and are passionate about creating a programme that is bespoke to you and fits in with your lifestyle.
We strongly believe that the plans work best in conjunction with regular group sessions as there is nothing that compares to training with a group of like-minded people. If you already belong to a triathlon club or training group, we will try and work those sessions into the plan as well.
We are happy to work with the equipment you already have and the metrics you are most comfortable with to ensure that you get the most out of the programme.
Each programme consists of an initial consultation (face-to-face or phone) to find out your goals, existing level of performance and lifestyle requirements. you will then get a bespoke plan set up in training peaks, weekly communication via email/WhatsApp, monthly meeting (either face-to-face or telephone), weekly adaptions to training to suit your lifestyle and regular feedback/analysis on your sessions. We will use Training Peaks to monitor and record your sessions and as part of the programme, you will get a basic account.
Online Coaching is £63 per month.

As a professional Fitness Coach, my passion is to help people achieve their fitness goals whether that be to build muscle, lose weight or something more specific. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations and we love working with each individual. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals.
The sessions are done from the comfort of your own home and you do not need any equipment as we can bring anything that is needed.
We will start with an initial consultation to discuss your goals and any expectations and worries. This is free and can be done at a local coffee shop or at your home. Following on from this, we can start working towards your goals.
We have a choice of 30 minute sessions which are £25 each or 60 minute sessions which are £45. Alternatively, You can pay for 5 sessions (£215) or 10 sessions (£400). We mostly work within a radius of 4 miles from Great Missenden, but if you live much further than that please contact us to discuss prices.
