Strength, Fitness and nutrition covers a huge range of potential goals. We can help you with individual strength sessions, weekly personal training, online group sessions and sport specific strength sessions.
Our passion is to help people achieve their fitness goals whether that be to build muscle, lose weight or something more specific. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations and we love working with each individual. We will build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals and work with you to achieve this. A personal trainer helps to ensure that you remain on track, motivates you and provides knowledge and experience to ensure that you are performing the movements safely so if you want to improve your fitness, but don't know where to start, please get in touch.
The sessions are done from the comfort of your own home either face to face or via zoom and we can work with the equipment you have or bring our own. With both the online or Face to Face sessions you will get the same high standard of coaching and personal attention.
We will start with an initial consultation to discuss your goals, expectations and how you want to work to achieve your goals. This will be done either face to face or online. From there, we will work out your current level of fitness and plan the sessions around these goals.
The sessions are 60 minutes long (30 minute options are available on request) and are £45 for 1 hour or £220 for a block of 5 sessions. Group sessions (up to 5 people are available on request)

Online Group Fitness Training sessions
Getting fit should be fun and if you are enjoying what you are doing, you are more likely to stick with it and benefit from the sessions more!
These group fitness sessions use mainly bodyweight and a few bits of equipment that you would have at home and help you increase your fitness, muscular strength and endurance to help you perform better and reduce the risk of injury. The session is ideal for everyone who would like to improve their fitness in a small group environment with like-minded people.
The session are delivered online, but live and fully coached so you can workout from the comfort of your own home and can cater for all abilities whether you are just starting out and wanting to get a bit fitter or looking to improve your fitness and prevent injury for other sports. Sessions run on Mondays and Fridays at 6pm via Zoom.
We offer private online sessions for companies to enhance the wellbeing of their employees. The 45 minute sessions are unique to the company and are a fantastic opportunity to enhance the physical and mental wellbeing of your employees.
