Core, Strength and Conditioning
Core, strength and conditioning is important to incorporate into your training. Your core is vital to our daily functional movements.
Using mainly bodyweight and a few bits of equipment, this session is ideal to help you increase your fitness, muscular strength and endurance to help you perform better and reduce the risk of injury. The session is ideal for everyone who would like to improve their fitness in a small group environment.
The session can cater for all abilities whether you are just starting out or looking to improve your fitness for other sports. The sessions are based around the movement patterns for triathletes, but there is no swimming, biking or running! There is a large focus on improving your core strength and stability in each session.
Sessions run on Thursdays 7:45-8:45pm
