Indoor Cycling is a fantastic way of working on your fitness, especially over the winter months when you may not want to cycle outside. The sessions are designed to help increase your endurance, speed, technique and overall fitness to complement your existing training.
We will be using the spinning bikes, but the sessions will not be a "spin" session and there will be a fun and challenging mix of workouts. If you are not a cyclist, indoor cycling will challenge your cardio-vascular system and increase your fitness in an enjoyable session with like-minded people.
We are running two indoor cycling sessions on Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm and Friday 6:45-7:45pm. We are planning on running some bike skills and outdoor sessions over the summer.
